Campaign description
National Service Contracts is a vehicle service provider that sends SMS
notifications to customers who have requested automotive repair or roadside
assistance. The campaign serves to provide real-time updates, including
appointment confirmations, technician dispatch alerts, arrival estimates
(ETA), and service completion notifications. These messages are critical
for coordinating time-sensitive emergency roadside events and scheduled
maintenance.

How do end-users consent to receive messages? (40-2048 characters)
End-users provide express consent through two primary channels:
1. Verbal Opt-In (Primary): When a customer calls our dispatch center
(+18176624923) to request automotive service, the NSC Fleet Dispatcher
agent/AI follows a mandatory script to obtain express consent. The agent
asks: 'To keep you updated on your service, may we send a confirmation text
and technician arrival updates to this number?' The customer must verbally
state 'Yes' or 'Sure' to opt-in. We maintain internal call logs as evidence
of this express consent.
2. Website Opt-In: Customers requesting service via our website provide
their mobile number in a service request form. Adjacent to the submission
button is a clear, mandatory disclosure: 'By providing your number, you
agree to receive service-related SMS from National Service Contracts.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.'
